About Me
I’m transitioning from high-volume operations and support roles into creative systems building and network engineering.
My Journey
My career started in the fast-paced world of technical support, where I learned to troubleshoot under pressure at the FAA service desk. Resolving 25–50 complex tickets a day taught me the importance of reliability and clear communication.
However, I constantly found myself wanting to do more than just fix broken things—I wanted to build systems that didn't break in the first place. This curiosity led me to pursue my BS in Network Operations & Security at WGU and dive deep into homelab networking.
What I Do
Currently, I focus on:
- Network Engineering: Designing secure, efficient networks (VLANs, VPNs, Firewalls).
- Systems Automation: Using Python and Ansible to reduce manual toil.
- Digital Operations: Optimizing workflows for businesses and organizations.
Beyond Tech
When I'm not configuring switches or writing scripts, I'm likely leadership operations at Peak Community Health, where I manage systems for over 147 staff.
